This unit includes a very rare electric Tesla Charging Station!. The unit also includes a PacMan arcade machine for inside entertainment.
Gulf Place is located on the west end of 30A in-between Blue Mountain and Dune Allen Beach. It has a relaxed, laid-back vibe with something for everyone in your group. Gulf Place Community Amenities include: 3 Deeded Beach Accesses, 3 community pools, 2 of which are heated, and 2 with hot tubs, 2 Tennis Courts, 19 miles of dedicated bike path, Shuffleboard Courts, Corn Hole Boards, Walking Trails, Restaurants, Cafe, Pizzeria, Shops, Art Galleries, Live Events, & Ed Walline Beach Park with Lifeguards, facilities, and boardwalk! All within walking distance, so once you park just relax and enjoy!
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests shall be required to sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest as well as provide a valid government issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport, for verification of age and identity.

Loved everything about the condo, from the downstairs space that was filled w/beach gear, the roomy living area and kitchen, and big bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd. Property Managers are nice and helpful--made sure that everything was just right. I've stayed in many Santa Rosa/Gulf Place condos; this is our new favorite!

Wonder stay Conveniently located within easy walking distance to the beach, pool and all that Gulf Pal e has to offer. Very nice townhouse.
This was our 3rd stay in Gulf Place and just as expected, we had an amazing week! The condo was well equipped with everything we wanted and/or needed, plus so much more! The chairs & sand toys available were amazing to have and not have to pack. The special little gift upon arrival was so nice and definitely set this condo apart from the others. Management was amazing with communication, & condo was clean! We even decided to extend our trip last minute and management made it a seamless transaction. My family and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!
